Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through our website you agree to the following terms. We have developed these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to physical products in the United States. Virtual products are non-refundable after shipment.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A. 30-day return policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If you notify us before shipping that you want to cancel your order, we will refund you the full amount.

To be eligible for a return, the item you are returning must be in its original packaging or acceptable packaging, along with all accessories that were included with the original shipment.

However, in some cases (for example: non-quality problems, change of mind, or unavailability due to your own reasons) the shipping fee may be borne by the customer.

And it is required that the product must be brand new and unused, and must be returned with the original packaging and all accessories. Otherwise, we will charge a restocking fee as follows.

Restocking Fee: If the product is no longer in new condition, resulting in a decrease in value, the customer is responsible for a fee equal to 20% of the value of the product, as the product may have been replaced.

B. Return Process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at shop@jushopping.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

C. Damaged and incorrect products or issues
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can refund or exchange it for you.

To return your product you should contact us by email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

E. Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

G. Refund time
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 5 days. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
